Energy Transformation in Puerto Rico

Energy in Puerto Rico

The transformation of Puerto Rico's energy infrastructure is in progress, marking one of the island's most critical infrastructure undertakings in recent decades. Upon completion, this transformation promises to establish a more robust, clean, efficient, and accessible energy generation and distribution system.

Electricity, as an indispensable service, plays a pivotal role in enhancing quality of life and catalyzing economic growth. The significance of a durable and contemporary energy system cannot be overstated for Puerto Rico's future prosperity. This energy transformation, already in motion, hinges on the expansion of renewable energy sources and a comprehensive overhaul of the electrical grid.
